The Pro-Line BBQ Hood was designed with Outdoor Kitchens in mind.  With a deeper capture area (30" as opposed to 24") the Pro-Line BBQ hood has the ability to draw more air upward into the filters.

Because there is more capture area in the Pro-Line BBQ Hood, you are able to mount your hood upto an additional 6" above your cooking surface.  While standard hoods have a maximum mount height of 36", the PLBQ may be mounted up to 42" above your cooking surface.
